LOCATION:.
The Training Centre of the institute is situated at 12th km Stone Pilibhit Road, Near Padmawati Academy, Bareilly about 11 km from Junction Railway Station and about 7 km. from Izat Nagar Railway Station and about 8 km. from Satalite Bus Station. The institute is well connected by city bus (route no. 3)
HOSPITAL
Institute is engaged in the construction of a 150 bebbed fully equipped hospital in its campus and all basic facilities needed for a hospital such as X-ray, Pathology Department, and OPD in different specialities as Gen; Medicine, Surgery, Dental, Eye Orthopaedics, ENT, Gynae & Obs., Paediatrics and Physiotherapy etc. Hospital aslo has indoor facilities for all specialized cases.
WATER SUPPLY
The institute has its own water supply by submersible pump. The water for drinking is made through water coolers.
P.C.O.
For communication a P.C.O. is also available in the campus.
TRANSPORTATION
The school bus is available in Institute for conveying students for training purpose out side the institute for field practical training, clinical training in different hospitals.
HOSTEL
Institute is engaged with separate boys and girls hostel, The hostel rooms are fully furnished, In case of the cut off of electric supply, hostel authority gives electric supply to all residents through inverters.
HOSTEL FEES
* Rs. 36,000/- per annum, which include lodging fooding and transportation from Hostel to institute and all facilities describe above.
* The fees is to be paid as full amount at the time of admission, no part payment is allowed.
* Fees once deposited are neither refundable nor adjustable.
RULES AND REGULATION FOR HOSTEL
* The hostel fees is Rs. 36,000 per year which is to be paid as a full amount at the time of admission in the hostel.
* Every resident of hostel will be responsible for the care of allotted room, furniture and accessories as bulb, tube light, fan etc.
* Relatives/ friends or any guest are not allowed to stay in the room.
* Radio, T.V. Tape Recorder and Music Instruments are not allowed in the room.
* Any type of disturbing activities is not allowed in the hostel.
* Hostel authorities have no responsibilities for any thing missing to the part of the resident.
* If resident students want to leave the station, he/she must take the permission from the Director/Hostel warden mentioning the reason behind it, in written.
* The resident must mention the name, time of arrival and departure in the hostel register.
* The hostel’s gate will be closed at 10.00 PM sharply. After this time, nobody is liable to take entrance.
* Use of alcohol or any other intoxicants is strictly prohibited in the hostel premises. The resident has to assure about the maintenance of high standard of character during residential life.
* Other electrical instruments except those provided are not allowed.
* All residents will be required to take meals from Hostel mess. Only sick residents may be allowed by the hostel authority to have different meals.
* If any resident is found to be involved in any type of illegal activities, the Director of the institute/ Hostel warden in liable to expel the resident student from hostel without any notice.
CANTEEN (MESS)
* Separate Mess facility is available for boys and girls.
* The canteen provides breakfast, lunch, evening tea and dinner to residents.
* Only vegetarian food is provided by canteen.
RAILWAY CONCESSION
Railway concession forms will be provided to the students of the Institute as per Railway Rules and Guidelines.
UNIFORM
All the students are required to wear uniform inside the campus and during the theory and practical training. Wearing of white apron is compulsory for all the students. The apron will be supplied by the Institute with monogram and name plate on payment. In Summer : White Paint, White Shirt & Gry Tie for Boys and White Salwar Suit for Girls.
In Winter: Naby Blue Coat is Compulsory.
RIGHT TO CALL PARENTS/ GUARDIAN:
The Chairman / Administrator/Principal of the Institute can call the parents/guardian of te students in case:
- the attendance of the student is not satisfactory.
- his/her behavior or action causes damage to the movable/immovable property of the Institute.
- his/her character or behavior is not found satisfactory.
- he/she has not paid the dues of the Institute on time.
- he/she has developed the habit of ignoring warning issued by any authority of the Institute No. T.A./D.A. will be paid to the parents / guardian of the student if called for meeting or discussion.
