              In India there is a great deficiency of trained Para-Medical staff. Personal has led to vacancies in different sectors of health department, with at places, appointments of untrained Para-medicals this is illegal especially because one is playing with lives of patients.

              To fulfill the deficiencies and to support the government & other bodies related to health in their aim to achieve maximum level of health for all & to aid different National Programmers for health, Prerna Utthan Samiti (Reg.) setup an institute by the name of Bareilly Institute Of Para-Medical Sciences, 12KM. mile stone Pilibhit Road Bareilly. The institute is affiliated with UP. State Medical Faculty,Lucknow & recognized by UP Govt. and is running different Para-Medical courses. Diploma in Optometry, Diploma in Physiotherapy, & Diploma in Dental Technician. These all courses are recognized by the State Government.
              The detail of  the courses are given under separate  heading according to their course code no. allotted. These courses are identified as follows:-

Awards and Prizes
1. Raj Kumar Dixit Memorial Award

This award is given to the student of optometry department who secured the maximum marks in first & second year in this a gold medal and certificate is presented by; Mr. S.K.Dixit and Mrs. Sushma Dixit.

2. Padmawati Memorial Award

This award is given to the student of physiotherapy department who secured the maximum marks in first & second year in this a gold medal and certificate is presented by; Mr. S.K.Dixit and Mrs. Sushma Dixit.

3. Ram Khilawan Memorial Award

This award is given to the student of Dental department who secured the maximum marks in first & second year in this a gold medal and certificate is presented by; Mr. S.K.Dixit and Mrs. Sushma Dixit.

4. Best Student award It was given by the principal for the best performers.
5. Maximum Attendance award It was given by the institute for maximum attendance.
6. Other Prizes

First, Second, Third prizes are given to students for seminars, quiz programmed and debates by the institute time to time.
